Henry Stewart DAM NY Conference May 7-8
Henry Stewart DAM New York, the biggest North American digital asset management conference of the year is taking place in New York May 7-8, and you should be there. Here’s why.
Expand your knowledge
The conference officially starts on Thursday, May 7th, with the Wednesday the 6th devoted to tutorials. If you’re up for it, the tutorials sound awesome. They cover everything from the fundamentals of DAM and DAM leadership to advanced metadata. Two of our favorite digital asset management experts, John Horodyski and Theresa Regli, are leading sessions.
When the conference starts in full swing on the 7th, mornings are full group sessions followed by breakouts. Three tracks are offered: “Learn from the Leaders”, “Your DAM Journey”, and “Creative Operations & WIP”.
A fourth category, called “TechLab” features presentations by DAM providers and consulting companies. If you are actively searching for a system, it’s a great opportunity to peek inside systems and meet representatives from the providers.
Grow your network
Social media and online communications are great, but nothing beats face time. Whether you are a DAM pro, new to the scene, or somewhere in between, you can benefit from networking and the real-time bandwidth of in-person conversations.
In addition to the informal conversations and impromptu meals or drinks you can join, DAM NY has a scheduled pre-event meetup from 6-8pm on Wednesday, May 6th.
